Enhancing development and clinical translation of basic research into cardiovascular therapies and diagnostic modalities - this is the goal of the first ever Combined International Symposium for Applied Cardiovascular Biology and Vascular Tissue Engineering, taking place June 19th-21st, 2019, in Zurich.
This is the first time the International Society for Applied Cardiovascular Biology (ISACB) and the International Symposium on Vascular Tissue Engineering (ISVTE) hold a combined symposium. This will give participants the possibility to build new relationships and to enable collaborations from the understanding of cardiovascular pathologies to the development of regenerative approaches.
The meeting will be hosted by the recently built Institute for Regenerative Medicine of the University or Zurich. This institute's main mission is to advance molecular life sciences into next generation bio-inspired therapies at the interface of degeneration and regeneration, with the major focus of the institute including neuro-degeneration and cardiovascular diseases.
Abstracts must be submitted no later than March 31st, 2019. Registration is open until May 2019.
