The Faculty of Medicine is committed to gender balance in all university committees and to equal rights and opportunities for development.

From 2016 - 2019, the Faculty of Medicine implemented the "Search for women excellence" program to increase the proportion of women in professorial appointments. Specific measures were implemented in the appointment process to avoid stereotyping and unconscious gender bias.
